FD - Help Desk and File Build Requests / Downloads

Received notice on 12/16/16 that due to SHA-256 compliance conversion, burst exercises and high holiday call volume, First Data Help Desks will be limiting the number of terminal file builds (TIDs) and downloads to three per call.

When possible, merchants are recommended to use the following self-service options to expedite their requests:
1. Utilizing tools such as First Deploy & FD POS to build TIDs

2. Re-provision Datawire via Merchant Activation System or via a Datawire Transport Change Request on FirstDataClients.com

3. Complete downloads with instructions on FirstDataClients.com

c. FDS North
