Sub-User Passsword Reset via the Mobile Hub App
- Method 1:
- From the Login Screen, Immediately tap the Forgot Button in the Password entry field.
- This will take you to the following Forgot your Password? Screen, where you will enter yourOrganization ID and Username.
- Method 2:
- Alternately, enter your Organization ID and Username directly on the Login Screen then tap the Forgot button and skip the second step from above.
- Enter in your personal Security Answer for your Security Question, then tap on Submit Answer.
- Enter in your new password (It cannot match any of the last six passwords you used!), and enter your password again into the Confirm Password field.
- Tap on Change Password, and your password is updated, and you are logged into the Mobile Hub.
