Sub-User Passsword Reset via the Mobile Hub App

    • Method 1:
      • From the Login Screen, Immediately tap the Forgot Button in the Password entry field.

      • This will take you to the following Forgot your Password? Screen, where you will enter yourOrganization ID and Username.

    • Method 2:
      • Alternately, enter your Organization ID and Username directly on the Login Screen then tap the Forgot button and skip the second step from above.

    • Enter in your personal Security Answer for your Security Question, then tap on Submit Answer.

    • Enter in your new password (It cannot match any of the last six passwords you used!), and enter your password again into the Confirm Password field.

    • Tap on Change Password, and your password is updated, and you are logged into the Mobile Hub.
