PayHub experienced an outage which was identified at the server level. This was fixed as of Saturday at 8:00 pm and impacted jobs that would have been scheduled to run over the weekend.
Jobs have been restarted and will be updated as of today. Jobs include:
1. Recurring Payments scheduled for the weekend
2. Batch settlements.
The system is stable and running transaction without errors. We understand the severity of this issue and are working on additional solutions to address this type of outage in the future.
