PayHub iPhone 7 and PayHub Swipers

The Apple iPhone 7 does not have a built-in head phone jack.  We have confirmed that the Lighting-to-3.5mm Headphone Jack included with the iPhone 7 will allow the PayHub card swipers to work without issue. 

Please note, using the Lighting-to-3.5mm connector on an iPhone 5, 5s, 6 or 6s does NOT work to connect the card swiper to the mobile iOS applications - we recommend you continue to use the built-in head phone jack to utilize the PayHub Swiper with the mobile applications.

Further Debug Steps:

During the initial install (when the org ID, user name and password are all blank) and the card swiper is plugged in via the Lightening-to-Audio Jack connector, the application shows "PayHub" Would Like to Access the Microphone.  Pressing the "OK" button and then logging in does not power-up and detect the card swiper.  Click the gear icon in the upper right and you will see the message that "Swiper Not Found" is displayed.  

Disconnect the Lighting-to-Audio connector and plug it back in. 
The application will pop-up with the message "New device detected! Check for Swiper? Heaphone volume must be at maximum level to proceed."  Pressing OK will show "Power up swiper" and then a message "Swiper Connected".  Once the OK button is pressed, the device will show "Test Swiper (Found)" in the button list.  Click this button to test a card swipe.
